The following Agreement is a pact between "USER" who is accessing WeddingOcean.com website and the owners of the WeddingOcean.com, WEBART SOFTECH, vis-à-vis the access to, and use of, the WeddingOcean.com website.
Before or while accessing, or otherwise using, the WeddingOcean website, the USER agrees to be bound by this Agreement. The WeddingOcean and WEBART SOFTECH reserve every right to modify or amend this Agreement at its own discretion, after which, the revised Agreement will be posted on to the WeddingOcean website.
By accessing the WeddingOcean website, the USER also agrees to review this agreement time and again for any changes on a regular basis, all through the time period in which USER accesses the website to ensure that they remain known and in acceptance with the revised agreement.
Any USER not compliant with this Agreement or any revised additions should immediately cease to access, or make use of, the WeddingOcean website at once.
Acceptance Of Terms And Conditions
By using WeddingOcean.com or by clicking on the “I agree” tab for this Agreement, the USER implies his/her acceptance to these terms and conditions. If any USER does not consent to this Agreement and does not click “I agree”, please do not go any further to use this website for any purpose or reason whatsoever.
The WeddingOcean reserves every right to modify or amend this Agreement at its own discretion, after which, the revised Agreement will be posted on to the WeddingOcean website. Your continual use of this website following the posting of any revisions or changes to this Agreement constitutes the acceptance of all such revisions, amendments and changes.
If any USER is held for any breach of this Agreement or the privacy policy on this website, WEBART SOFTECH and WeddingOcean.com reserve all the rights to terminate that USER’s use of this website at any time and without notice.
Refunds
Since we are initially offering a 10 day fully functional demo and
expect the user to get introduced to all the features available on
website. Therefore, no refund will be issued under any
circumstances. It is user's responsibility to read and get aware of
all the features available before buying.
All Users Must Be Over 18 Years Of Age
This website must only be accessed and used by a person above the age of 18 years. This Agreement must be read, understood and agreed to only by a person over 18. If an elder, a parent or guardian wants to allow a person under the 18 years of age to view or use the WeddingOcean website under his or her supervision, he or she should e-mail WEBART SOFTECH, expressing their clear consent and acceptance of complete lawful liability for the minor’s acts.

You accept and agree that all the substance and services presented on this website are a property of WEBART SOFTECH and its advertisers and are secured by copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks and other proprietary rights and laws in India and all over.
Also, you agree to pay for any or all purchases of products and/or services made by you using your name and credit card, via this website. You accept and agree not to defy any such charges and payments due by you and to pay for all. In case you fail or delay to pay, you agree to pay to all the collections and/or attorneys fees consequential from any non-payments.

Any illegal or unauthorized use of any of the trade marks, names or logos appearing on the website without prior, written permission of The WeddingOcean or the advertisers, the owners of their respective trademarks, names or logos is forbidden.
Products and services other than that of WeddingOcean.com, advertised on this website are trademarks of their respective owner companies. We are not responsible for any such products or services.
International Users
International USERS, those who wish to access the WeddingOcean website from any locations, states or countries globally, may do so consciously, on their own lead and willingly at their own risk. USERS are themselves responsible for knowing and maintaining compliance with local laws while accessing the website.
Permission Restrictions

You agree not to save, download, copy, cut and paste, trade, lease, alter, revise, share, replicate, pass on, exhibit, openly execute, print or create plagiaristic works from the content, materials or code on WeddingOcean.com, except if it is clearly acceptable and allowed through this website.
Also, regular repossession of data, information or other code or content from this website to construct or collect, openly or circuitously, a replica, compilation and record or information bank without the written consent from WEBART SOFTECH is banned.
PROTECTION and SECURITY
Upon being issued a Username and Password by WEBART SOFTECH, the USER agrees that he/she shall do their best to prevent the access to their WeddingOcean wedding website through the Username and Password issued to them, by anyone else other than themselves.
They also agree to keeping such information strictly classified, and notifying the WEBART SOFTECH without delay if they find out about the loss of or access to such private information by any other party or person not in your control and supervision.
You agree that you shall not try to undo or trick any executable material, code or contents and neither will you try to decompile, disassemble, transform or otherwise revise any information, content or data received through this website.
You understand that such actions are likely to subject you to serious civil and criminal legal penalties and that WEBART SOFTECH shall pursue such penalties to the full extent of the law to protect its rights and the rights of its other licensors.
Domain Name
WEBART SOFTECH registers and retains ownership of custom subdomain names for use with Customer accounts and wedding websites.
You will be the owner of your own custom domain. When you will purchase your custom www.***.com domain through the WeddingOcean’s website, we will list your specified choice on your behalf. But the purchase will be made through an account we hold with a third party domain registrar.
The Domain will be registered under your name. You will receive reminders from WeddingOcean well in advance; to renew your domain name of its expiry date. Once you become the owner of your own custom domain name, the USER is then responsible for the renewal from the succeeding year and its associated fees of maintaining own domain name.
Website Content
The USER agrees and accepts that he/she has the necessary and requisites authority, rights and/or permissions for all the substance, code or content they have uploaded in their wedding website, such as music, photos and videos files.
Also, all these files and content must be accompanied by written consent from the current copyright or license holder(s). This is mandatory as in case of declaration of proof of copyright violation, your wedding website account as well as your wedding website may be banned or terminated.
Also, website accounts with substance believed to be odious, vulgar or otherwise unpleasant by WEBART SOFTECH can be removed from our system.

Indemnification
The USER agrees to protect, cover, and hold safe WEBART SOFTECH, its advertisers, and their employees, officers, agents and directors from all legal responsibilities, declarations, and costs and expenses, including attorney's bill, that happen from your use of this website, all services, information or products from this website, or any violation of this Agreement.
WEBART SOFTECH reserves the right, at its own cost, to presume the select defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you shall help and assist with WEBART SOFTECH in declaring any existing defenses.
Lawful Agreement
WEBART SOFTECH may postpone, expire or cease this Agreement or the USER’s use at once upon receiving any notice which claims that the USER has used the WeddingOcean website or their personal wedding website for any purpose that violates any local, state, federal or law of other nations, including but not limited to the posting of information that may violate third party rights, that may defame a third party, that may be obscene or pornographic, that may harass or assault others, that may violate hacking or other criminal regulations, etc. of its agents, officers, directors, contractors or employees. In such event, WEBART SOFTECH may disclose the USER’s identity and contact information, if requested by a government or law enforcement body or as a result of a subpoena or other legal action, and WEBART SOFTECH shall not be liable for damages or results thereof and USER agrees not to bring any action or claim against WEBART SOFTECH for such disclosure.
Miscellaneous
Termination and/or Expiration
The WeddingOcean has full authority to cease access of a USER to its website by its own discretion at any time. Moreover, a USER's access to the website will also be terminated at the expiration of a Free Trial period (1 month) or the term for which the Paid Account payment has been made, such as 6 months, 12 months or 18 months. Such termination or expiration, of or for a USER or his account, shall not influence any existing right to help, at law or in impartiality, of the WeddingOcean.
Upon termination or expiration, all the rights of such USER shall finish and any rights in content shall be belonging to the WeddingOcean.
Association or Affiliation
The USER and the WeddingOcean shall be independent of each other for all reasons and purposes and no association shall be inferred or implied to them as partners, joint ventures, employees or agents of one another.
Obligation
A USER may not hand over, allocate or assign any rights or obligations hereunder. The WeddingOcean may hand over, allocate and/or assign all of its rights and/or duties at its own judgment to any third party.
Complete Agreement
A USER agrees that this is the complete statement of the Agreement between such USER and WeddingOcean and takes over from any other communications between USER and WeddingOcean concerning the access of or use of the website. Thus, this is the complete and final agreement between WeddingOcean and a USER.
However, its requirements are severable to protect the legitimacy of the Agreement to the highest level feasible.
If, in the event when any condition of this Agreement is or would be determined to be unenforceable or unacceptable to any degree by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such a condition would be reasoned to be adapted or altered as required to make sure its enforceability to the highest level acceptable under the regulation or law and would not influence the legitimacy and enforceability of any other remaining requirements.
Relevant Law
This Agreement is interpreted under, and governed by, the laws of the Indian Government. The USER hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts of India, at the sole discretion of WeddingOcean, regarding all declarations or disputes happening out of this Agreement or any feature of performance hereunder or in any way related with the website or the rights of WeddingOcean.
